TDS and IvIn Blog Tour: Day 3

Duh-duh-duuuuuh! It’s day 3! I’m afraid the vlog will be out a little late today (I’ll add it to this post and then publish it on my social media as soon as I can), but the rest is up and running for your enjoyment.
Although … I’m not sure “up and running” is the correct terminology to use. I mean, it’s not a machine … unless it’s a Blog Machine instead of a Blog Tour. Ooh, I like that! “ We’re made up of many parts, and some are more oiled that others … specifically, the engine isn’t running ….” #SlamYourselfSaturdayOnAThursday
I really need to stop beating up on poor little Kell Bell. She’s such a sweetie, and she doesn’t deserve it. *refers to self in third person*

Today’s Post Is …

A review of IvIn and an author interview by Leona @ Great Books for God’s Girls
Leona wrote a short but concise review (four stars! Yay!) and made me think about why I write adults the way I do (assuming I have reason, y’know, and I like to think my brain isn’t totally random), and then she also interviewed me with some great questions. So hop over there and check them out!
There were supposed to be two other posts, but they dropped out last minute.

p.s.

What do you think of summer? Do you prefer the heat or the cold? What’s the weather like there?

Well, the tour is really getting going now! We’ve had a couple people who are now unable to post for various reasons, but nothing too traumatic has happened, and we’re all still alive. I think. I don’t talk to all the participants on a regular basis, so … I guess some could technically be dead … and I wouldn’t know it … maybe they’re dropping like flies … it sometimes seems like that.

No. No, I don’t often rant morbidly …

What do you think of my thoughts?

  1. Goodmorning Kellyn. You seem to be having a hard time and being very harsh on yourself about it. *hugs* I hope today will be better. Lean more heavily on God now than ever. <3
Also for the Q&A: What are some of the hardest parts about organizing your own blog tour… and what (if anything) makes it worth it in the end?

    1. Thanks, Jordy … I’m doing my best, although sometimes it is hard! I’m not the best at leaning on anyone, to be honest, so it’s always a challenge for me.
Ooh, that’s a great question! Can’t wait to answer it. 🙂

      1. Well recognizing that is a fantastic start! I think that all too often I overlook something like that, and then how can I ever deal with it (Or give it over to God to let Him deal with it)?

    1. We just got over a freezing cold winter (like -10 degrees half the time, three feet of snow for three months) and so I’m glad of the sun, but I bet by the end of summer I’ll welcome a little coolness, haha!

        1. I’m the same. Although almost everyone here in Oregon is like, “I WANT HEAT I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH ANOTHER WINTER LIKE THAT!” I’m just like, “But … pretty snow …”

What do you think of my thoughts?
